Cancellation Policy
Seven days
- A full refund is available if cancelled by 12:00pm one week before the service begins.
- If cancelled later than 12:00pm one week before the service begins, a 50% refund is available for the first 7 cancelled calendar days from the cancellation request date. A 100% refund is available for any additional days.
Extended Care
Nightly rates are based on a 24 hour time period from drop-off to pick-up. The following extended care rates may apply for each pet on the booking if the end time on the final day of the stay is more than two hours later than the start time on the first day of the stay. This ensures that sitters are compensated for their additional time.
2-8 additional hours: +50% of the nightly rate.
8+ additional hours: +100% of the nightly rate.
